PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Marina Collective is an award-winning mixed-use destination development situated along Miami’s scenic Rickenbacker Trail waterfront corridor. Conceived as a vibrant coastal destination, the project integrates hospitality, residential, and recreational components into a cohesive master-planned environment. Developed as part of the Advanced Management Development Program at the Harvard Graduate School of Design, the project demonstrates an interdisciplinary approach to urban design, placemaking, and development strategy. A defining feature of the master plan, Los Caminos Verdes (“The Green Pathways”), establishes a continuous landscape framework that connects the development’s four distinct districts, enhancing walkability and accessibility.
Anchoring the site, the Miami Key Luxury Hotel and Condominium Tower serves as a prominent visual landmark and terminating axis along the waterfront. Extending from the tower, an innovative system of automated docks provides seamless marina access for recreational boating and marine services, further reinforcing the project’s identity as a premier waterfront destination.
